We accept refunds and exchanges.

 

Returns
 

All Returns require proof of purchase

 

We have a 30 day policy. No refunds or exchanges will be honored after 30 days of purchase.  

 

All returned items must be in the original packaging unused, unwashed, or damaged.

 

You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder). Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for processing. 

 

 

Refunds
 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

Most returns will process in approximately 1–2 weeks, depending on your method of return. Additional processing delays may occur.

 

A refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the processing date. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement

 
Late or missing refunds
 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

 

Exchanges
 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@ethereallosangeles.com and send your item to:

If you are making an exchange for the same item in a different size, you will be charged for reshipment of the item to you.

 

To make an exchange for a different item:

 

If you are making an exchange for a different item, an additional shipping fee will be applied to your new order.

 

If the cost of your new item is less than that of the item you originally ordered, your original method of payment will be credited the price difference, minus the applicable new shipping fee.

 

If the cost of your new item is more than that of the item you originally ordered, your original method of payment will be charged the price difference, in addition to the applicable new shipping fee.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
